Reduction of Internal Inflammation:  Omega 3 fats achieve this by lowering the production of 
various prostaglandins and their effectiveness.  They also compete for the same binding site as Omega 6 fatty acids, which science has shown us that Omega 6 fatty acids actually promote inflammation, which is a bad thing.  So the more omega 3 fatty acids we have to block this binding site from Omega 6 the better off we are.

Joint Pain Reduction:  Science has shown us that krill oil can reduce Rheumatoid arthritis symptoms and improve morning stiffness, physical performance and decrease pain intensity


Better Heart Health:  High LDL cholesterol, high triglycerides and low HDL cholesterol levels we all know are risk factors for heart disease.  At 1 gram of krill oil per day scientists have seen a significant reduction LDL cholesterol and and increase in HDL (good) cholesterol.
